Mike Innes is a new member of the Swix Nordic Technical Team. Mike has been a professional outdoor sports guide for the last 20 years. He has guided back-country ski trips in Colorado, sea kayaking in Maine, cycling in the Northeast and back-packing adventures along the Appalachian Trail. Mike has earned his Masters of Education (M.Ed) in health and fitness from Springfield College. Mike initiated the Snow Trax program: a Nordic ski program for children across the country. Currently, he is coaching a cross country ski team at a local high school in his community. He and his wife reside in the White Mountains of New Hampshire where he enjoys skiing, cycling, and hiking. Inter-Mountain - Utah - Rich Dressen

I grew up in southern Michigan driving north every weekend with my father in search of snow. At age 15 I made the US Junior National White Water Slalom Team and for the next 13 years I was a kayak bum trying to make the Olympics. I met a girl, she made me sell my kayak for a ring and in 2002 I persuaded her to move to Ogden, UT to enjoy the great outdoors. Now settling into my retirement, I pass the time skiing, biking, curling & golf. With my days of glory passed I�m now just an old man having fun trying to get our daughter into skiing.
